Are you truly wild at heart?– strongly in touch with your warrior side and LOVE to play ? Do you have a keen sense of wonder and can enjoy and respect children and young people and respond to them at their level? Do you understand group dynamic and how to model behaviour and lead? Our Facilitators are responsible for engaging our young people in the outdoors in an innovative and exciting way! Urban Outdoors are interested to hear from Trained Level 2 & 3 Forest school leaders and enthusiastic outdoor practitioners looking for their next adventure.
Working along side other practitioners and the directors you will deliver dynamic sessions to children and young people aged 5 – 11, in a safe and positive environment. Help plan, deliver and lead an after school program and help lead activities, enthusing a group of young people while fulfilling our learning outcomes. Our sessions are based on a 12 week program of learning and development and concentrate on facilitating child led and group initiated activities.
Hours are After-school 330-530 and fulltime in School Holidays
We offer a great pay rate – well above the Real London Living Wage!
