Refunds
Our refund policy lasts until you commence the course with us. Once a course has started, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that a course cannot run due to lack of numbers or other circumstances outside our control, we will offer a full refund within 30 days. We will do a reverse credit to the account which was used to make the purchase.
In certain circumstances such as where Urban Outdoors have cancelled a session due to extreme weather events we may organise a re-run of the session or offer you a credit note.
