We will explore the potential of using ceremony, space and metaphors to discover who we are, the things that may hold us back in life,  negative influences and past trauma – to ultimately work  towards self acceptance and empowerment

There will be deep connection with the natural world through a variety of immersive experiences and activities.

Learn to:

Identify the flora and fauna of Britain

Develop authentic relationships rooted in gratitude and appreciation for the natural world

Track themes and patterns in your life through active listening and the sit spot

Develop your passions, skills, and an understanding of their values

Develop courageous and authentic self-expression while one-on-one and in groups connected to place

Gain an understanding of the role of ceremony and metaphor to work towards self empowerment

Work on gratitude for ourselves, others and place

Crafting can be deeply therapeutic and social, on this course we use its repetitive nature as a tool to calm and facilitate connection between the participants of the course alongside our deeper therapeutic personal investigations.
